THE ATV CLUB OF THE NORTH COUNTRY
BLACK RIVER VALLEY FOUR WHEELING CLUB
MEET THE CLUB
The Black River Valley Four Wheeler Club is a local group of riders who enjoy getting outside and spending time on the trails. We’re made up of people from across the Black River Valley and Tug Hill region who share an interest in four-wheeling and outdoor recreation.
The club exists to bring riders together, organize group rides and events, and support responsible use of the trails and land we enjoy. While riding is at the center of what we do, the community that comes with it is just as important. We meet regularly from April thru October on the first Saturday of the month. Typically at 9am at a location we will publish prior to the meeting. All are welcome, only members can vote on club business.
Club Officers:
Mike Leviker - President
Mike Tabolt - Vice President
Diane Terhune - Secretary
Vacant - Treasurer
Board of Directors : Steve Demko, Doug Dietrich,
Randy Essenlohr, Scott Hunt, Michael Mabunay, Charlie Root

RIDING WITH RESPECT
We believe four-wheeling should be enjoyable, respectful, and sustainable. That means riding responsibly, sharing trails with others, and doing our part to keep access open for future riders.
Our club encourages safe riding practices and respect for landowners, local regulations, and the environment. These values help ensure that the places we ride remain available and enjoyable for years to come. One of the important values of the club are finding ways to give back to Lewis County. We have done that through scholarships, donations towards medical AED devices, and Memorial Day Rides.
FOR RIDERS, BY RIDERS.
Membership is open to anyone who enjoys off-road riding and shares our values. Whether you’re new to four-wheeling or have been riding for decades, there’s a place for you in the club. Club membership entitles you to a discount of $20 off your Lewis County ATV Permit.
The club is run by volunteer officers and board members who help keep things organized and moving forward. We operate as a group of individuals with a shared interest in riding, not as a guiding or outfitting service.
Participation in club activities is always voluntary, and members are responsible for their own equipment, decisions, and safety.
